We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico. Item(s) are generally shipped within 48 hours of order confirmation and an email with tracking information is sent when the order ships. The average delivery time for standard shipping is five (5) to ten (10) business days. Expedited options are available at checkout for an additional fee paid by the customer. Due to abnormally high volume during clearance sales, shipping may take longer than normal.

Standard shipping for all orders over $149 (pre-tax) is FREE in the 48 contiguous states. For orders under $149, a $10 flat rate is applied. For orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico, a $3.00 surcharge is automatically added at checkout.

Orders shipping to Canada are eligible for standard shipping only and will be assessed a $10 surcharge at checkout. Customer is responsible for all duties and taxes collected by the Canadian Borders Services Agency.

Exchanges & Returns +-

All clearance sales are FINAL but one free exchange will be offered on Little Black Pant products only.

If you wish to exchange you Little Black Pant item, for a different Shapelogic Size, please call Customer Support to speak with a Shape Specialist at 800-250-4255 within 30 days of delivery for an RMA# and free return shipping label, and we will send you the new size in the same item(s) at no charge.

The best fit EVER!

I have several pairs of both the straight side zip and the ankle side zip pants. They are by far the best fitting pants I have ever worn, hands down! The material is flattering and has maintained its shape over time. I am so sorry they are being discontinued. They are a great price now and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is considering them. I wear a 6-1 and the 8-1 depending on the amount of chocolate I eat!! Both sizes are a perfect fit when my weight fluctuates. Please reconsider discontinuing the side zip pants.

Fletcher experience.

I love the pants, color, material especially the side closure. To my dismay I ordered the incorrect size 12.2. 10.2 was my size. I’ve been working with measure and made as I would like to exchange them. We’re on vacation and unable to send requested info until we return home. I would recommend these pants to anyone.

Little Black Pant

I bought my first pair in black a number of years ago. They still look like new after many wearings and delicate machine washes. I just purchased two more pair in black. They are just as well made and fit perfectly. My only dilemma is the gray is sold out. I wish they were available in other colors! So sorry to see the style go!
