We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico. Item(s) are generally shipped within 48 hours of order confirmation and an email with tracking information is sent when the order ships. The average delivery time for standard shipping is five (5) to ten (10) business days. Expedited options are available at checkout for an additional fee paid by the customer.

Standard shipping for all orders over $149 (pre-tax) is FREE in the 48 contiguous states. For orders under $149, a $10 flat rate is applied. For orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico, a $3.00 surcharge is automatically added at checkout.

Orders shipping to Canada are eligible for standard shipping only and will be assessed a $10 surcharge at checkout. Customer is responsible for all duties and taxes collected by the Canadian Borders Services Agency.

Exchanges & Returns +-

All orders come with a 30-day unconditional money-back guarantee for fit and product satisfaction, so an exchange on your first order is free! If you need to exchange for a different Shapelogic Size, please call Customer Support to speak with a Shape Specialist at 800-250-4255 within 30 days of delivery and we will send you the new size in the same item(s) at no charge.

If you would prefer to return vs. exchange, please call Customer Support at 800-250-4255 within 30 days of delivery for an RMA# and free return shipping label. Your refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 7 business days after we receive confirmation that your return package has been scanned by the shipper. Please note $7.00 for processing will be deducted per return.

Pear’s Dream

It took years to find these slacks and I am finally happy. I came close to shelling out for custom made pants before finding M&M’s Fit # 3 - truly a pear’s dream. If you have tiny waist and generous thighs say goodbye to the hated waistline gap. Form fitting these are. Sized generously.

as always great pants

there is a reason I buy these pants and now that I have lost significant weight my first go to for dress pants was directly here. I am hoping that I have sized correctly and if they fit as expected will be ordering many more. Delivery to my USA post box and on the fishing opener the line up at the border is insane so will have to wait til the weekend to grab them!

Best Slacks - Best Customer Service

I needed a pair of black slacks for a choir performance and the time frame was short. I have issues as I am very short-waisted. The person I spoke with could not have been any better. She listened to my needs and offered a suggestion! Her suggestion was right on! I got them within 2 days and they fit perfectly! These pants are worth every penny!! I LOVE these slacks

My slacks arrived in a timely manner and fit great. I am very pleased with the ease of washing snd drying with no wrinkles.

The pair I purchased previously lasted for over 5vyears with little fading and I taught in a special needs classroom.
