Exchanges

If you need to exchange for a different ShapeLogic Size, please call Customer Service to speak with a Shape Specialist at 800-250-4255 within 30 days of delivery and we will send you the new size in the same item(s) at no charge.

Returns

If you would prefer to return vs. exchange, please call Customer Service at 800-250-4255 within 30 days of delivery for an RMA# and free return shipping label. Your refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 7 business days after we receive confirmation that your return package has been scanned by the shipper.

Refund Amount

Please note $7.00 for processing will be deducted from your refund amount. You will then receive an email confirming the refund has been processed. Based on the policies of your financial institution, refunds may take up to a full billing cycle to reflect the credit in your account.
