We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico. Item(s) are generally shipped within 48 hours of order confirmation and an email with tracking information is sent when the order ships. The average delivery time for standard shipping is five (5) to ten (10) business days. Expedited options are available at checkout for an additional fee paid by the customer. Due to abnormally high volume during clearance sales, shipping may take longer than normal.

Standard shipping for all orders over $149 (pre-tax) is FREE in the 48 contiguous states. For orders under $149, a $10 flat rate is applied. For orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico, a $3.00 surcharge is automatically added at checkout.

Orders shipping to Canada are eligible for standard shipping only and will be assessed a $10 surcharge at checkout. Customer is responsible for all duties and taxes collected by the Canadian Borders Services Agency.

Exchanges & Returns +-

All clearance sales are FINAL but one free exchange will be offered on Little Black Pant products only.

If you wish to exchange you Little Black Pant item, for a different Shapelogic Size, please call Customer Support to speak with a Shape Specialist at 800-250-4255 within 30 days of delivery for an RMA# and free return shipping label, and we will send you the new size in the same item(s) at no charge.

Perfect fit...again!

These are beautiful pants. they are lightweight and drapey. The fit for me is perfect (size 0.2). The length is great as well. I continue to be pleasantly surprised that I can find a pair of pants that fit me! Would love to find a pair of black jeans.

I love the Measure & Made concept and products. As a person who carries most of my excess weight in my thighs, hips and bottom, the #3 version of the pants fit my body very well. I have never found a pair of "off the rack" pants that fit this well. I feel confident in these pants and the multiple jeans that I have purchased from Measure & Made.
