We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico. Item(s) are generally shipped within 48 hours of order confirmation and an email with tracking information is sent when the order ships. The average delivery time for standard shipping is five (5) to ten (10) business days. Expedited options are available at checkout for an additional fee paid by the customer. Due to abnormally high volume during clearance sales, shipping may take longer than normal.

Standard shipping for all orders over $149 (pre-tax) is FREE in the 48 contiguous states. For orders under $149, a $10 flat rate is applied. For orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico, a $3.00 surcharge is automatically added at checkout.

Orders shipping to Canada are eligible for standard shipping only and will be assessed a $10 surcharge at checkout. Customer is responsible for all duties and taxes collected by the Canadian Borders Services Agency.

Exchanges & Returns +-

All orders come with a 30-day unconditional money-back guarantee for fit and product satisfaction, so an exchange on your first order is free! If you need to exchange for a different Shapelogic Size, please call Customer Support to speak with a Shape Specialist at 800-250-4255 within 30 days of delivery and we will send you the new size in the same item(s) at no charge.

If you would prefer to return vs. exchange, please call Customer Support at 800-250-4255 within 30 days of delivery for an RMA# and free return shipping label. Your refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 7 business days after we receive confirmation that your return package has been scanned by the shipper. Please note $7.00 for processing will be deducted per return.

Capri

I was surprised about the material they were made from? I thought it would be more like cotton? I was not real happy about the 2 clips and button for closure. They fit ok but not as comfortable as my Jeans are.

Perfect for the summertime.

I really love the way the Capri pants look whether I'm at work or eating dinner with my honey. Very comfortable. And they look great with our tops and cardigan too.

Want One in Every Color!

It is beyond wonderful to find clothing that fits so well, every time. I am a size 12.3 in MM, and have problems with waist gap in almost every other brand—but not this one. These are a chic, elegant addition for those times when long pants are too hot and shorts are too casual. Love them!

wear in springtime

As always, the fit is spot on and Capris are a wardrobe staple when warmer weather begins. I would have preferred these Capri pants to be a bit shorter, as where they hit on the leg is not the most becoming spot. Overall they are super and I would have loved another in a stone or more khaki version, but not yellowish.
